планирование потребности в материальных ресурсах
Ряд технологий, использующих данные ведомости основных материалов (ВОМ) о составе изделий и складских запасов, а также объемно-календарный план для вычисления потребности в материальных ресурсах. В ходе такого планирования даются рекомендации о выпуске заказов для пополнения материальных ресурсов. В дальнейшем, поскольку процесс спланирован по времени, даются рекомендации по перепланированию открытых заказов в случае если даты готовности и даты потребности не совпадают MRP на определенный период начинается с указания изделий, перечисленных в объемно-календарном плане (MPS), затем определяется (1) количество всех материалов и компонентов, необходимых для производства этих изделий, и (2) данные по этим материалам и компонентам. MRP осуществляется при помощи «разузлования» ведомости основных материалов (Bill of Materials - ВОМ), корректировки объема имеющихся или заказанных складских запасов и смещения чистой потребности в соответствии с необходимым временем выполнения.
